Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway (HSR) EMU Depot

Client: Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) - Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway
Project: EMU maintenance depot of the Jakarta-Bandung HSR, coating area 160,000 m²
Condition: The EMU maintenance workshop has strict anti-static requirements for the floor — dense electronic equipment of rail vehicles needs static dissipation and spark prevention; it also bears heavy equipment movement and frequent foot traffic, demanding extremely high wear resistance.
Solution:
Epoxy primer → conductive copper-foil mesh → conductive epoxy leveling putty → conductive anti-wear epoxy topcoat
The four-layer system ensures continuous conductive pathways and stable surface resistance (10⁵–10⁹ Ω), while meeting high-strength wear resistance and cleanliness requirements.

Client: A major nickel-iron smelting enterprise in Indonesia.
Scale: Located in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia — a nickel-iron smelting industrial park covering smelting workshops, rolling mills, power plants, ports and other facilities.
Floor conditions: Workshop floors must withstand heavy metallurgical equipment rolling, high-temperature metal debris impact, and chemical (acid/alkali/oil) splashes; while requiring dust-free cleanliness to protect precision equipment. JIANBANG provides a full epoxy floor coating system to meet differentiated needs of different zones.
Flooring solution:
- Epoxy self-leveling floor → main smelting workshop floor, high flatness + heavy-load resistance
- Anti-static epoxy floor → electrical control rooms and precision equipment zones
- Epoxy sealer primer → concrete substrate sealing and reinforcement

Project scale: Anti-corrosion of over 500,000 m² of subsea steel pipe piles; a large deep-water port project.
Challenge: Tropical marine environment with high salt spray, wet-dry alternation in tidal zones, and full seawater immersion — extremely high demands on salt-spray resistance and adhesion.
Solution: High-solids epoxy primer → epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate → aliphatic polyurethane topcoat (three-coat system).
Mongolia KTCP 1MTPA Cement Project
KTCP 1MTPA Cement Plant, Mongolia
Client: Mongolia KTCP (Khovd Cement) — a 1-million-ton-per-year cement production line
Project scale: A large clinker production line including raw mills, rotary kilns, cement mills and silo groups.
Challenge: Arid continental climate with large day-night temperature swings; cement-dust abrasion environment demanding high wear resistance and adhesion from the floor coating.
Solution: Epoxy self-leveling floor system meeting the high flatness and wear-resistance needs of heavy-load workshops.

Project: Full outdoor flooring for a seaside park — children's play area, fitness trail, plaza and viewing platforms with a multi-color epoxy floor system.
Challenge: Tropical seaside with high UV, high humidity and seawater salt-spray erosion, plus high-frequency tourist foot traffic — extremely high demands on weather resistance, wear resistance and color durability.
Solution: Epoxy sealer primer + polyurethane wear- and aging-resistant floor paint (two-coat system).
Venezuela Simon Baseball Stadium

Client: Estadio Monumental Simón Bolívar — Caracas, Venezuela
Project scale: Seats 38,000 spectators, with an additional 2,000 standing in the outfield (total 40,000); up to 50,000 for large concerts. A large steel-dome stadium.
Challenge: Tropical climate with high UV and humidity; a large public building demanding extremely high weather resistance, decoration and long-term protection.
Solution: The venue's sports flooring uses JIANBANG sports court coating system — elastic cushioning, slip-resistant, bright and durable; the main steel structure anti-corrosion uses epoxy zinc-phosphate primer + aliphatic polyurethane topcoat.

Project scale: Total area about 12,000 m², with standard competition swimming pools and supporting facilities.
Challenge: Long-term water immersion environment demanding extremely high waterproofing, anti-seepage and chloride-ion erosion resistance; tropical high-UV environment.
Solution (waterproofing system): Epoxy sealer primer + acrylic high-elastic waterproof coating.

Client: China Road and Bridge Corporation (Indonesia) — a leading international engineering and construction contractor.
Project: Cilegon CAA-1 Chemical Plant — foundation anti-corrosion, total coated area 20,000 m².
Condition: Concrete foundations in a tropical chemical plant face aggressive chemical spillage, high humidity and chloride attack; deep penetration and long-term durability are critical.
Solution: JIANBANG isobutyltriethoxysilane (penetrating silane) — penetrates the concrete substrate to form a hydrophobic barrier, providing long-term protection against water, chloride and chemical ingress with breathable, non-film performance that does not block the concrete pores.
